This is from a song on the TV show "Hee Haw" sung by Roy Clark, Gordie Tapp, Grandpa Jones and Archie Campbell, each moaning in turn.

Here are the Words of the chorus:

Gloom, despair and agony on me (moan)

Deep dark depression, excessive misery (moan)

If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all (moan)

Gloom, despair and agony on me.

Then they'd each sing a line of a verse, which was different every show.
