How do you write a source card for a website?

People (teachers) have various ways of writing the typical source card for a magazine.

Here is how my teacher makes me do it:

"America on Drugs". Newsweek. 28 July 1989: 45-50.

Break it down:

"America on Drugs." is the title of the article.

Newsweek is the title of the Magazine.

28 July 1989 is the date the magazine was published.

45-50 are the page numbers for the beginning and end of the articles.
