How do you disable USB port?

I use CopyNotify USB security software to block any unwanted copying of data. The software helps me detect unauthorized devices being plugged into my network.

right click on "My Computer" on the desktop. Click on "Manage". Then click on device manager. Scroll down. towards the bottom it says "Universal Serial Bus controllers" Expand this. Right click on any port there and click on "Disable." That particular USB port has been disabled ;)
