I want to recharge the battery of my 2001 Kawasaki ZX6R where is the battery located?

You have to remove the passenger's seat first by using the ignition key on its left side. Once its opened, you will see a single bolt that you would have to unscrew which is located right at the end of the driver's seat.

Once the screw is out, remove the driver's seat.

When you see the battery, make sure that you take out the Black plug first and then the Red plug. When you're done recharging plug the Red plug first followed by the Black plug.
