For an athletic girl who has been running for 3+ years she should run it in 6-7 minutes. About the same for an athletic boy, maybe a little faster. An average person who is not that athletic should run it in 7-9 minutes. I am 10 years old and in track and cross country and i run a 1500 in 6:08 this was first place in a race one time. when i was nine I ran it in 6:40.
