How do you respond to what is your interest in development in an interview?

Without giving away too much, let the interviewer know that you do have weak spots and that you aren't perfect - nobody is perfect. One possible way answer to this question is to focus on an area in which you lack experience and is an area you would like to develop yourself in through the position you are interviewing with.
