How do you conceive a gifted and talented child?

There's really not a lot you can do about that.

You can try to pick a parent/partner that's gifted and talented, keep away from recreational drugs, eat healthy and look after yourself during pregnancy, then support and encourage the child as it grows up.

The rest is chance.
