Are premonitions always bad

I'm not exactly sure that they are alway's a bad thing, like for example, a bad event that's going to happen. but i have a 90% fact that most premonition's are a warning of something BAD that's going to happen and just a warning for an unexpected event. because i wouldn't understand if feeling's of orb's were trying to warn you of a good thing coming up but if they were trying to warn you of something bad you can possibly stop it before it and this might not be a good answer but I'm only 12 and it's the best i can do.
