Never, to be healthy become a semi-vegatarian and ea veg and fish!!!!
Red meat is fine to eat, as long as your physician agrees. There is no set amount ,however moderation is the key to any food. The human race has evolved eating meat for hundreds of thousands of years, changing that can only complicate ones health. Becoming a vegetarian has other risks, anemia being one , living in cold climates, it is difficult to acquire enough protein, without some sort of balanced diet including meats. Anyone know any strictly vegetarian Inuit?.
