Your cat may have a potassium deficiency called feline hypokalemic polymyopathy... it causes lethargy, drooped head, altered gait, etc. If left unchecked it can be fatal, but recovery is usually Excellent when given potassium supplements either orally or, in extreme cases, by IV. See your vet... she may give you a prescription for Tumil-K which is a potassium supplement.
