During job interviews you may be asked what three things you look for in a company when you consider working there, and why these things are important to you. Stability is one common answer to this question. Having a stable job is important to most people. Room for advancement is another common consideration, people like to grow with a company they work with. A safe work environment is another common consideration. No one wants to feel that they are put in danger when they go to work.
