If it's food that is meant to be warmed up, then yes, I heard it is. When you warm up your food it's supposed to burn and heat the fatty oils away, and it's not really good if your eating those oils cold. It's better to at least warm the food up. But as for foods that are meant to becold like fruits or salads and such, I read that it can slow down your digestive system. In Chinese medicine, they believe that eating cold foods will interfere with the speed your degestive system works, but I don't think it's bad for you, it just might have some effects that aren't to healthy. But I don't think it's that bad for you though. hope this helps.
