No VGA signal means that the VGA wire is not getting any video output from the CPU.
To Rectify:
- Check that the VGA cable is tight enough on both the ends.
- Check if the Pins of cable are broken or not.
- Your video card might be faulty.
- Try a different Monitor.
- If the other monitor works then the problem lies with the computer (motherboard video output)
