How do you guard yourself from cheating husband?

You can't no matter what, but if this is the first time your husband cheated on you and he is trying to make amends to what he did, this will be up to you. If you think that you still love him and you can move on by forgiving his stupidity, then you know best.

From my past experience I can't live with my husband for having an affair. It doesn't matter how it's been but every time I see his face, it reminds me on how good he treated his mistress than me. I thought he was a quite type man but I was wrong, he loves to talk. For 20 odd years I know that he never show his emotion and affection, but I was also mistaken. So for me to have a piece of mine, I didn't let my husband come back to me anymore. To many memories and so much pain.
