How do you block the vent on Skullduggery Island?

Stand on the chimney of Petey's Pub at Parrot Port, to partly block the smoke. This will satisfy the pesky parrot, who will go to the palm tree at far right.

This is the second part of the parrot chase. When you first see it at the trading post, it tells you to go jump into the sea. When you return, it is on a higher window and tells you to block the vent. Once you do that, the parrot appears at the palm tree at the far right.

You should get the cracker from inside the Pub (upper left) before you go to see the pirate at the tower near the beach. Once you talk to the pirate, use the cracker and the parrot will come there. When the pirate gets the parrot back, he gives you the map piece for parrot Port.
