How much do paramedics earn working for atlanticare regional medical center?

From what I was most recently told by the HR department, Paramedics working for the AtlantiCare Health System start entry-level at a rate of about $20.50/hour full-time, and $25/hour for per-diem. This of course increases with amount of time with the company, merit raises, experience, shift differentials, and hazard pay if you work special ops as a tactical medic.
