If you smoked pot once will it show up in a hair drug test 30 days later?

Any toxins, drug metabolites ,etc entering the hair follicles get inserted into the hair strand permanently or until u cut your hair . Test is standardized to a 90 day history because labs use for testing first 1.5 inches of hair (close to the scalp) and hair on the head grows on the average of approx 1/2 inch per month.
