How do you make a seeing stone?

i dont really know ive been trying to figure that out try Yahoo answers i think the have it

this is MeSC1 and in the field guide aurther spiderwick wrote it says if u run a rock under water from like a sink or something 4 a long time a hole will go through it and u have ur self a seeing stone.
