There are a lot of different places where a Doctor could practice such as a private Doctors office, a group Doctors office, a clinic, an urgent care facility, a hospital, for a corporation, and even in a private home for a wealthy person like Warren Buffett, The range of income is huge, which makes this question hard to answer.

There are a lot of different specialties in the medical field so that plays into how much a Doctor makes too. A Doctor could be a foot specialist (Podiatrist) and possibly another could be a brain surgeon. Different pay scales for each.
