Round to the nearest thousand

Do you have a number you want to round?

Look at the 100's digit ( the second to the left of the decimal point). If it is 5 or more, add 1 to the thousands digit (the next one to the left). Now replace the tens and units digits with zeros (and drop any numbers after the decimal point).
