If you want to start a business how would you name it?

Naming anything, not just businesses, are up to the owner(s). Common nameing techniques for certain things vary. If someone wanted to name a baby, they'd probably look in a book. If someone wanted to name a pet, they would choose a cute or informative name that describes the animal. If someone wanted to name a store, they might consider choosing an obvious and common name, such as, "Deli", or an extrodinary and unique name, such as, "Duane Reade."
