The 9/11 attacks occurred on September 11, 2001. The first plane, American Airlines Flight 11, struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center at 8:46 AM. Shortly after, United Airlines Flight 175 hit the South Tower at 9:03 AM. The attacks also included the Pentagon strike at 9:37 AM and the crash of United Airlines Flight 93 in Pennsylvania at 10:03 AM.
