How do you tie a point shoe?

if a pointe shoe is a Ballet shoe then i know how to do it but:

1. put the shoe on

2. get both tie thingys and put them around the opposite string about 3 times

3. tie the extra part at the top

4.reapeat steps 1 to 3 with the other shoe
