PVC luxury goods are a great at absorbing ink; its outer coat is highly permeable. Regular solvents will NOT reverse the process- this includes hairspray, oil, alcohol and milder ideas like soap and toothpaste. In order to remove the stain, you have to remove the ink-stained outer coat by abrasion.

I would recommend using a SOFT WHITE RUBBER ERASER for the job: just keep erasing at the stain. It will fade as the outer coat of the PVC is abraded. You may lose some gloss as well as contrast of the original pattern; the deeper the ink's permeation is the more you will need to rub off thus less intense the original color will be. But fear not; once the stain is off (or barely visible), do apply a coat of leather polish to restore the original gloss and color intensity. It should also add a coat of protection against future stains. If you truely love your goods, I would recommend a weekly coat of polish as a prophylaxis.

Solution proven to work for my Burberry Haymarket Wallet.
