Can a 15 year old live in a house by themselves on the property of their parents in Texas legally?

The court would not emancipate a 15-year-old for no reason if at all. If your parents agree to you live in the guest house or w/e it is you can do so. They are still responsible for you and you still have to follow their rules etc just as if you slept in the big house.
