No. If it's just one DUI, and it happened more than seven years ago, you really don't need to sweat it. If it happened between five and seven years ago, it'll raise some eyebrows with prospective employers, but you're not likely to have any hurdles to jump over because of it. If it happened within the last five years, your odds of finding employment as a CDL driver really become slim - especially if it happened within the last three years.
