When a Dish Network subscriber moves do they take their Dish Network receiver with them or should they turn it in and request a new one?

The Dish Network receiver, even when in the possession of a subscriber, is still property of the Dish Network. Thus, when moving, the subscriber should turn it in and request a new one at the new location.
