Really it depends on your staffing level however if you have a high AHT then the individual performance needs to improve (to free up your resources). Once you get to a comfortable leve of AHT you can then get exact stats for staffing levels and scheduling which will then help you control abandonment rate. But you cannot predict ACR by AHT... this is one factor.
