Who was the person who developed FBLA?

FBLA, or Future Business Leaders of America, was developed by Dr. E. Fleming McGowan in 1940. He envisioned the organization as a way to prepare students for careers in business and enhance their leadership skills. The first chapter was established in Johnson City, Tennessee, and FBLA has since grown into a national organization with thousands of members across the United States.
