Absolutely not! She had a very loving relationship with both Etienne and Boy. Unfortunately, she was never able to marry either. Etienne left her, and Boy was killed in an automobile crash on his way to return to be with her after almost marrying his father's goddaughter. Coco Chanel was absolutely NOT a lesbian. After facing two losses of men she loved, she never married anyone.
