What do pro golfers do with old notebooks?

It is basically their course guide, they have planned what shot is best for each hole, what club they normally hit, actual yardage, adjusted yardage (taking wind, heat and slope into consideration), they have the greens mapped out - where to hit your approach and how the green breaks. It is basically their Bible.
