Are spiders with 1 big orange spot poisonous?

Well, This is a stupid question.

The orange Tarantula I own is a Pterinochilus murinus, and it's very fast and bites without warning.

But? What a stupid, stupid question. Can you think to yourself maybe.. "Are black dogs nice?"
