What Batteries are made by Exide?

Exide batteries are manufactured by Exide Technologies, one of the world's oldest and leading manufacturers of lead acid batteries based in the US with global operations. W. W. Gibbs founded the company in 1888 under the name Electric Storage Battery Company, purchasing patents from inventor Clement Payen. The first battery carrying the Exide label was made in 1900. Exide means "Excellent oxide".
