How do you have a tum tum on club penguin?

A tum tum is a Word for weirdos on clubpenguin who like to have sexual language!!! i think we should all send a message to clubpnguin complaining about tum tums! and make it a law on cp that if you say tum tum or pushes or screamz in a way that looks sexual, they get banned automanically!
