Water keeps you alive, you would die if you did not consume any water! All life requires water. Water is very good for hydrating the skin. Water is used in many of your metabolic reactions in the body which help keep your body functioning. Water is good for the brain, dehydration can affect concentration so make sure you are well hydrated. Around 8 regular sized glasses of water should be consumed per day and your urine should be not darker than pale yellow. HOWEVER, do not go mad and consume gallons of water per day as this as you may not be aware can be fatal and you can drown your system- many deaths have occurred from drinking too much water although these are from extreme consumption of water (4litres in one go all day!) some 'Fad' diets recommend drinking too much water so just be aware. my motto : Everything in moderation. :)
Staying alive! And less likely to cause Diabetes than drinking sweet beverages.
