You can. Go in the cheat menu (Ctrl+Shift+c) and type in "testingcheatsenabled true" and press enter. Then go back to the cheat menu and type in "buydebug" Then go to buy mode, click the second tab (the first tab is by room, the second tab is by function) and in the bottom right corner, you'll find debug (a question mark).
