Why is baking important that started baking industry?

Baking is important because if it's not cooked enough then it isn't considered done and you can't be finished with a product unless it's done. The Baking industry just wouldn't make money if it was half baked. They have to be baked completely in order to be sold and considered an industry for tax reasons. There are times that some items get half baked but as usual we don't usually rely on half baked ideas, programs, or products.
