What is the difference between confirmiration and cummunion?

Communion- This is the religious sacrament where you take the Eucharist for the first time. After this, you are allowed to take the Eucharist at church every time.

Confirmation- This is where you get another middle name. It must be a saint's name- Theresa, John, Mary, etc.- and it makes you officially a part of the church.
