Was Mumtaz the fourth wife of Shah Jahan and did she die during her fourteenth delivery?

Mumtaz Mahal was the second and favorite wife of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. She died shortly after giving birth to their 14th child, Gauhar Ara Begum in 1631.
