When is the sniper sv98 unlocked in battlefield 3?

The "SKS" rifle is unlocked after the "SV98" bolt-action rifle in Battlefield 3's online multiplayer mode.

The player must gain 71,000 score while playing as the Recon class to unlock the SKS. The SV98 only requires 13,000 score as Recon to unlock.

The SOFLAM and MAV gadgets are unlocked between the two rifles.
