Is the Ida marketing collision deductible reserve plan still in operation?

The company is still in business, however the associates have been shut down. This is according to their website.

Effective December 15, 2010, all independent Associates of IDA Marketing Services (including IDA Leaders.com and Creative Deductible Solutions or "CDS") are suspended indefinitely. Although there is production, current sales volume and growth does not warrant continued financial support of the network marketing channel.

IDA Marketing Services is continuing to develop various distribution channels and, should the network marketing channel be reauthorized in the future, all current or existing Associates will be notified and reactivated at no cost.

IDA Management Services, Inc. (the Plan Administrator) will continue to service all CDRP accounts and CDRP clients, including distributors who purchased CDRPs, should call IDA Management Services for all account actions and support.
