Factor affecting acoustics in buildings

Acoustics of a building refers to the way sound resonates or bounces of the walls. This is an important aspect of architecture, which usually entails detailed engineering and planning. Without the right balance of acoustics, sounds won't be equally distributed within hallways and other parts of the building. As a result, some sounds will be higher than others, which results in a poorly designed building.
