Is lacrosse dangerous

You can get hurt in Lacrosse. However, in both the mens and womens game you do have protection to a certain extent.

Womens gear:

1. Goggles
2. Mouth guard

Mens gear:

1. Tons of pads. The only ones I know are shoulder, chest, elbow and neck haha
2. Helmet and i imagine a mouthguard too
3. Gloves
