What does it mean when your boyfriend doesn't call you?

I need to say that... boys even if they don't talk to you doesn't mean they don't like you. It could mean they do. To be honest if a guy doesn't like you it's probably hard to tell because they don't get into drama. The best advice i could give you is ask a friend to ask him if he likes you.

well me and my boyfriend have been together for a year now and he have a phone so i cant call him i have to wait until he calls me and he says hell call me this day and he which is very frustrating but it usually means hes to busy with his friends so when i see him he acts like nothings wrong so he probably feel like calling you like my boyfriend says but it mean he like you

well if your boyfriend call you its he's busy but sometimes its good in a relationship to be the first one to call cuz that way he doesnt have to worry about calling you everyday and well dont be upset if he doesnt call you cuz that doesnt mean he doesnt love you. My boyfriend plays Baseball everyday so i dnt get many calls but i usually calll him first and if he doesnt asnwer i tell him to call me back when he gets the chance. so dont get mad at him if he doesnt have a chance to call you

Just because your boyfriend doesn't call you it doesn't mean he's not thinking of you. however it also does mean he's not head over heels for you. He has obviously re-ranked his priorities where you are no longer at the top. But also it's important to see how often he calls other people. Does he call people in general? Maybe hitting people up vie telecommunication just isn't part of his daily lifestyle. But definitely, if he's a caller and still does not want to dial you, most likely does not have as much spark for you and most definitely is taking you for granted!
