Where can you buy cow heel?

It depends on where you live

It used to be freely available in the North East DURHAM NEWCASTLE SUNDERLAND, Though now I can only find it in Newcastle Big Market

All the other NE offal shops have gone

Yorkshire and Lancashire it is available in most markets and butchers

No idea South of there

I can not find any in Scotland at all

Tripe again the offal shops have gone, apart from the above, except due to some celeb chef posh butchers do it for £15 a kilo, for what used to be dog scraps at £1

Also Tripe in the shops is of the poor blanket tripe NO Honeycombe to be found

It must be getting exported, at exotic prices or why would it all disapear from the home market
