How you can make a windmill?

One way is to cut a piece of construction paper, staple equal-sized streamers on one side in a row ( ten is a good amount), then form a circle with the paper and staple it. Make at least 3 (6 would be better), equally spaced holes, with a hole-punch. Attach a string to each hole, tie a knot in all the strings at once, so that all the strings are equal in length and attach it to a pole (the taller, the better).
