There have been several DVD releases of The Wizard of Oz. The film was first released on DVD on October 19, 1999, a Three Disk Collector's Edition was released on October 25, 2005, a 70th Anniversary Edition was released on March 16, 2010, and a 75th Anniversary Edition is planned to be released on October 1, 2013.
