Where is the AC drain located on VW Jetta GLS 98 automatic?

The AC drain is located on the firewall just behind the exhaust manifold. There is a flap cut into the heat shield (silvery, metallic stuff). You'll need a small flat blade screw driver to carefully lift the flap.
