Maintain a good exercise regime and eat healthy. Put fruits and vegetables into your diet. Avoid sweet drinks as much as you can.

I usually do 50 push-ups a day, 100 sit-ups and eat before 7 p.m. and I seem to be pretty decent. Consistency is the key.
