Are the 10 commandments in the New Testament?

Partly. see Matthew 19:17-19, Mark 10:19 & Luke 18:20.

Jesus added "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself" (see Leviticus 18:20) & "Defraud not" (see Leviticus 19:13)

Every one of the Ten commandments from the Old Testament is repeated in the New in one form or another except one. This is the command to keep the sabbath which is not part of the New Testament.
